Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery for faulty or damaged items.

Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging.

We do not accept returns for change of mind or non-faulty items.

Sometimes, we may offer a refund or replacement without needing the item returned, depending on its condition and value.

For orders with multiple packages, the 7-day return window starts from the delivery of the last package.

Once your return is approved, please send the item back within 7 days.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We can exchange items for a different size or colour (if available).

Follow the same return process and let us know what replacement you want.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged or defective, contact us immediately.

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
